About

Your Somatic Guide, Marissa Moses

Hi, I’m Marissa

Creative Healer and Somatic Guide for Artists & Performers.

Here to support soul-rooted care beyond the stage.

With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of performance and embodied healing, I support artists in cultivating a sustainable, soul-rooted relationship with their craft and wellbeing.

My work centers deep listening, personal creative agency, and a return to the inner rhythms that guide authentic expression.

Rather than fixing or forcing, I invite a gentle practice of attunement—where care becomes the way back to self, and presence becomes the path.

State-certified massage practitioner since 2010. BA in Dance & Theater from UC Irvine, 2008.

Artist companion on the creative path.

Mission & Vision Statement

My vision is to help artists reconnect with their creative life force in a way that is nourishing, sustainable, and deeply personal. To create spaces where performers can cultivate inner safety, flow, and authentic self-expression.

Why Self-Care for Performers?

Self-Care for Performers was born from a deep need to redefine creative wellness. Many artists struggle with burnout, self-abandonment, and creative disconnection. This work is about bridging the gap between artistic passion and self-sustaining care - so you can create from a place of wholeness, not depletion.

What I Offer.

I offer practices, presence, and spaces of reflection to help artists and creatives return to the truth of their own rhythm. My work spans somatic support, ritual-based care, and creative inquiry—whether through self-paced offerings, hands-on healing, one-on-one support, or collaborative process design.

I move at the speed of trust. Sliding scale sessions are available, and creative collaborations are always welcome to unfold in conversation.

This is not a program. It’s a house of care—woven with embodiment, imagination, and permission to become.
